J-Tron Deepens Its Footing in the Inkjet Pump Sector, Makes a Strong Showing at the Ceramic Industry Expo

The spotlight at this exhibition was on J-Tron's corrosion resistance miniature gear pump and wear-resisting micro gear pump for inkjet application, which feature mature and stable performance, benchmarked against top industry standards, and are specifically engineered for the demanding conditions of ceramic inkjet applications. Constructed with 316 stainless steel and a titanium nitride gold coating, the pumps offer excellent corrosion resistance and resistance to slurry wear, and are compatible with a wide variety of ceramic inks. The complete unit has passed over 30,000 hours of life-cycle testing, ensuring reliable operation and long-term durability. Equipped with an independently developed speed-controlled brushless motor, the pumps deliver smooth and consistent ink flow, effectively eliminating common issues such as ink unterruption, unstable flow, and color deviation in ceramic printing. With strong versatility, the pumps are not only suitable for ceramic inkjet equipment but can also be widely used in percision fluid devices such as coders, digital textile printers, printers, and dispensers. 

Throughout the exhibition, J-Tron booth enjoyed a lively atmosphere of consultation and exhange. Many new and existing customers visited to learn about and test the products, and expressed recognition for the stable quality and practical performance of J-Tron long life mini gear pump, leading to multiple cooperation intentions on site. This successful participation effectively showcased the company's product and technological strengths.
